Christmas Program (Programa Navidad) in Benalmadena
Come and join the festive celebrations on the twelfth of the twelfth at twelve o’clock!
Organised by the Ayuntamiento De Benalmadena and starting on Saturday 12th December 2009 there will be a full international weekend of Christmas celebrations, activities and entertainment in Benalmadena Marina.
Saturday 12th December 2009
12.00 – 2.00pm
Starting off on Saturday at midday will be entertainment for children, including a visit by Santa Claus where he will be collecting all the childrens christmas present letters and handing out sweets, treats and a ticket to participate in the grand toy raffle that will take place on Sunday 13th at 7.30pm.
4.00pm – 8.00pm
International Afternnon
Christmas performances by:
- The British College of Benalmadena – 4.30pm
- The Norwegian College of Benalmadena – 5.00pm
- Dance School “montserrat” – 5.30pm
- “Fama” Dance School 6.00pm
- Choir “Virgen Immaculada” – 6.30pm
- Choir “Virgen de la Cruz” from Benalmadena Pueblo – 7.00pm

Sundays celebrations kick off with a visit from the Three Kings, they will be collecting christmas letters and handing out sweets, treats and a ticket to participate in the grand toy raffle at 7.30pm

Childrens Workshops
Childrens workshops and entertainment will be running throughout the weekend including
- Globoflexia
- Make up and face painting
- Music, Dance and Magic
Throughout the whole weekend there will be stands representing: Spain, Argentina, Germany, Chile, Peru, Jamaica, Norway, Brazil, Ireland and Vietnam. These stands will all be displaying typical christmas products from each respective country.
